7. Machine Structure
The machine is designed with overall balance in mind, featuring a box structure, wide base, and “human” shaped column design. The main castings (base, column, saddle, spindle box, table) are made of optimized, high-quality, high-tensile resin sand castings with stable structure and minimal deformation, capable of withstanding high tension and loads. Stress relief is achieved through tempering and natural vibration aging to maintain precise movement and positioning. The entire machine undergoes testing and analysis of vibration sources, stress distribution, temperature rise response, and structural deformation to ensure optimal design.
The spindle is a high-speed, high-precision 8000 rpm spindle with #40 taper.
X and Y axes use renowned Taiwanese ball linear guides for sensitive movement and higher precision.
Z-axis guide sliding surfaces undergo high-frequency hardening and precision grinding, combined with fluorine resin TURCITE-B, ensuring complete lubrication of all contact surfaces for high machining stability.
Three-axis ball screws are imported high-precision double-nut type with direct drive and appropriate pre-tensioning design.
