T8 Drilling and Tapping Center

  1. Efficient Machining: Equipped with a Yongyu direct-drive BT30 spindle (φ100) with a maximum speed of 20,000rpm, enabling high-speed drilling and tapping operations, suitable for efficient mass production of precision parts.
  2. Stable Machine Body: Adopts HT300 resin sand castings (Model T-8) with aging treatment to effectively reduce operational vibration, ensuring stable machining accuracy.
  3. Precision Transmission: X/Y/Z axes are fitted with PMI/HIWIN/Ina/Rexroth linear guides (Taiwan/Germany) and pre-tensioned ball screws, guaranteeing smooth and precise movement.
  4. Flexible Tool Magazine: Standard with Taiwan Shengjie BT30-21T arm-type tool magazine, featuring a tool change time of only 1.2 seconds between adjacent tools, supporting multi-process continuous machining to enhance production flexibility.
  5. Optional Systems: Control systems can be customized with options such as Mitsubishi M80 (Japan), Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or GSK, tailored to meet diverse production needs.
