**7. Machine Structure**
The machine is designed with overall balance considered. Main structure uses box-type and wide base. Main castings (base, column, saddle, spindle head, table, etc.) are made of optimized, high-quality, high-tension resin sand castings, stable structure with minimal deformation, capable of withstanding high tension and load. Stress-relieved through annealing and natural vibration aging to maintain precise movement and positioning. The entire machine is tested and analyzed for vibration sources, stress distribution, thermal response, structural displacement, etc., to ensure optimal design.
Spindle is a high-speed high-precision 6000 rpm spindle with #50 taper.
Three-axis guideway sliding surfaces are high-frequency hardened and precision ground, matched with Turcite-B fluororesin strips, and fully lubricated for high machining stability.
Three-axis ball screws use imported high-precision double-nut ball screws with direct drive and appropriate pre-tension design.
