CITIC HIC has engineered and provided 6 AG mills of Ø12.2m×11m (28000kW gearless drive) and 6 overflow discharge ball mills of Ø7.9×13.6m (2×9000kW gear drive) for Sino Iron Project in Australia. For Zijin Mining’s Duobaoshan Copper Mine project in Heilongjiang, we have manufactured and provided SAG mills of Ø11×6.4m (2×9000kW) and overflow discharge ball mills of Ø7.9×13.6m (2×9000kW) which have been well operating currently.

2. Machine Acceptance

The machine acceptance shall be carried out in two phases: Preliminary Acceptance and Final Acceptance.

  • The Preliminary Acceptance shall be conducted at the manufacturer’s factory, and the technical requirements for machine acceptance shall comply with the machine’s ex-factory standards and relevant national standards.
  • The Final Acceptance shall be conducted at the user’s factory. The manufacturer shall send personnel to carry out installation and commissioning, and the machining accuracy shall meet the requirements of this technical agreement.

3. Quality Assurance

  • Shanghai Dingya Precision Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. shall fully fulfill the machine technical service clauses promised to the user.
  • We promise to the user in the form of a contract to comply with the following clauses:
    1. From the date when the machine passes the Final Acceptance, any failures of the machine spindle, tool magazine, automatic tool changer, and X/Y/Z-axis ball screws caused by quality issues shall be repaired free of charge within one year.
    2. From the date when the machine passes the Final Acceptance, any failures of other components caused by quality issues shall be covered by a free warranty within one year.
    3. From the date when the machine passes the Final Acceptance, for failures not caused by machine quality issues, we shall also actively cooperate with the user for repairs and waive the labor fee within one year.
    4. After a machine failure occurs, we shall provide a response to the handling plan within 2 hours upon receiving the customer’s call. If on-site maintenance personnel are required, they shall generally arrive at the site within 24 hours, and in special cases, the arrival time shall not exceed 48 hours.
    5. We shall provide lifelong service and guarantee the supply of spare parts.
  • Our company reserves the right to replace the suppliers of individual parts due to technological transformation or improvement. The quality of the replaced parts shall not be lower than the quality grade standard of the original parts.
