CITIC HIC has engineered and provided 6 AG mills of Ø12.2m×11m (28000kW gearless drive) and 6 overflow discharge ball mills of Ø7.9×13.6m (2×9000kW gear drive) for Sino Iron Project in Australia. 2. Machine Tool Features

Spindle Motor : The machine adopts a CTB high-speed servo motor, which performs excellently in high-speed, low-speed, light-load, and heavy-load cutting (with a power of 5.5KW). The motor comes with a one-year free warranty.
Spindle Head : The high-precision and high-rigidity spindle head is equipped with triple angular contact bearings. It can withstand radial and axial loads for high-speed and high-precision cutting, and maintain high-precision machining for a long time.
Turret : Adopting independent patented technology, it is controlled by a full servo motor and locked by oil pressure. The core bearings and transmission components are all world-renowned brands, breaking through the limitations of low spindle speed, poor rigidity, and low main power of similar products. The turret has an overall two-year warranty.
Electrical Cabinet : The electrical cabinet is equipped with a heat exchanger for easy heat dissipation, ensuring the stability of the system. The external wiring is protected by snake tubes, which are heat-resistant and oil-water resistant.
Lubrication System : The machine is equipped with an automatic pressure-release centralized lubrication system. With an advanced pressure-release intermittent oil supply system, it provides an appropriate amount of oil to each lubrication point in a timed, quantitative, and pressure-fixed manner. This ensures that each lubrication position is properly lubricated, allowing the machine to operate for a long time without worries.
Fully Enclosed Sheet Metal : Under the current strong requirements for environmental protection and operator safety, Dingya Company focuses on aesthetics, environmental protection, and ergonomics in the sheet metal design of the T5Z. The fully enclosed sheet metal design completely prevents cutting fluid from splashing outside the machine, keeping the area around the machine clean.
