It maintains a high positioning accuracy of ±0.002mm and supports real-time simulation and manual fine-tuning for quality control.
Initial feedback from the first batch of pilot clients indicates observations of reduced cycle times for single-part processing. Diya emphasizes its multi-plant mass production capability, which supports rapid order response, and provides 24/7 global after-sales service.
