For Zijin Mining’s Duobaoshan Copper Mine project in Heilongjiang, we have manufactured and provided SAG mills of Ø11×6.4m (2×9000kW) and overflow discharge ball mills of Ø7.9×13.6m (2×9000kW) which have been well operating currently.

  • With only 1/16 of the thermal inertia of cast iron, it has excellent thermal stability, effectively controlling the deformation of the machine tool caused by temperature changes and ensuring the machine tool’s own stability.
Corrosion ResistanceMineral castings have a good dense structure and very low porosity, with extremely low permeability, strong erosion resistance, excellent damping performance and good wear resistance. Tests by immersing mineral materials, steel and cast iron materials in acid, alkali and other solutions respectively show that the acid and alkali corrosion resistance of mineral materials is significantly better than the other two materials.
